Information handling on this website.

Last updated: 2 September 2026.

01

Who is responsible

DELTAGUARD LIMITED, company number 14327166, is responsible for the personal information described by this notice. DELTAGUARD Intelligent Systems is its public trading style. The registered office is 72 Halliwick Road, London, England, N10 1AB. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@deltaguard.co.uk.

02

Visiting the website

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect it, which may include an IP address, traffic-routing information, browser or device information and security events. Cloudflare operates globally and explains where it handles information and the safeguards it uses in its own privacy policy.

03

Information you choose to provide

An enquiry may include your name, business or organisation, email address, telephone number where you supply one, the contents of your enquiry and later correspondence. Please do not include passwords, credentials or sensitive operational information in a first message.

04

How the enquiry form works

The website does not transmit or store the fields you enter. It prepares a draft in your own email application, where you can review, change or abandon it. Nothing reaches DELTAGUARD unless you choose to send that email. Once sent, it arrives in DELTAGUARD's business email environment at hello@deltaguard.co.uk; the public website does not operate a hidden customer database or lead-capture backend.

05

Why enquiry information is used

DELTAGUARD may use an enquiry to respond, understand the assistance you are seeking, arrange an initial discussion, prepare a requested proposal or quotation, take requested steps before a possible contract, keep an appropriate record of the conversation and protect legitimate business or legal interests where necessary.

06

Lawful bases

Where you ask DELTAGUARD to discuss, quote for or prepare possible services, handling your information may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. DELTAGUARD may also rely on legitimate interests to answer general business enquiries, maintain reasonable correspondence records, protect systems and manage business and legal relationships, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. A legal obligation may apply where the law requires particular information to be handled. Sending an enquiry is not treated as blanket consent for unrelated future use.

07

Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare supports website delivery and related technical and security processing. Purelymail, operated by Add Rabbit LLC in the United States, provides DELTAGUARD's business email service and says its mail servers are currently hosted in Amazon Web Services' US East region in northern Virginia. An emailed enquiry may therefore be processed outside the UK. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where genuinely necessary or legally required. Enquiry information is not sold.

08

Access and retention

Access to website enquiries is limited to the director and specifically authorised DELTAGUARD personnel who genuinely require it. Enquiries that do not become active client relationships are normally retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a genuine reason to keep them for a shorter or longer period. Information may be deleted sooner where appropriate. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information may form part of client, contractual, accounting or legal records that require a different justified retention period.

09

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability or to object to particular use. These rights do not all apply identically in every situation. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. A website enquiry does not automatically place you on a marketing list. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

DELTAGUARD has not added advertising trackers, marketing pixels, session replay, analytics or non-essential cookie code to this site. Cloudflare may apply technical security measures when delivering and protecting the website. DELTAGUARD will update this notice if the public website's information handling materially changes.
